Jeanie Erb Lower Burrell (Ex wife of Harry Imm)
Jeanie Scott Erb, 91, of Lower Burrell, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, in Highland Center, Brackenridge. She was born May 19, 1917, in Craigs County Antrim, Ireland, daughter of the late Alexander and Minnie McCloy Scott. She lived in Lower Burrell since 1927 and worked as a school crossing guard and drove school buses for the Lower Burrell School District. She was a member of Grace Community Presbyterian Church, Lower Burrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer E. Erb, in 1947; a son, Edwin Imm; two brothers; and one sister. She is survived by her two daughters, Jeanie Toney (Charles) Ashe, of Lower Burrell, and Madelene Dailey, of Tennessee; a sister, Sarah Scott, of Arnold; and several grandchildren. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Saturday in FRANK F. GIGLER FUNERAL HOME, 2877 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA 15068, with her pastor, the Rev. Ken Foust, officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
